Chris Craft has been in the color guard world for 15 years. He has taught at several high school programs across the treasure valley including Capital High school, Borah High school, Timberline high school, Fruitland high school and currently at Ridgevue high school. While I'm Fruitland, he started a elementary guard as well as a 5th grade and middle school competitive team. In 2023, under the direction of Chris, the Fruitland high school winter guard won the Utah regional in the RA classification. Chris has over 8 years of dance education and marched with the Columbians drum and bugle Corp in 2015 and 2016. He is excited to join the Boise Gems and help grow the program. When Chris isn't teaching guard, he is teaching preschool or sewing flags/costumes. Chris lives in Caldwell, Idaho with his husband Dakota and their 3 cats, Storm, Eros and Zephyr.
