Daniel Garcia is a student at the University of Idaho studying Trumpet Performance. From Pasco, Washington, Daniel had the opportunity to march with the Columbians in 2018, and 2019. After taking the 2022 season off, Daniel attended a show and knew that he had to get back into the activity. Daniel knew he was ready to march World Class and marched with the Mandarins in 2023, and with The Blue Devils in 2024, learning from the most respected educators in the activity. Daniel is excited to take all the knowledge he has learned and relay it to the Boise Gems. Outside of Drum Corps Daniel is a well-rounded trumpet player playing lead trumpet in University of Idaho's Jazz Band 1, Trumpet in the top combo, and principal trumpet in the Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, along with performing in big bands all over Washington. Daniel also teaches private lessons ranging from beginner to advanced musicians.
