Ryan Collins currently serves as the treasurer of the Boise Gems Performing Arts board and as a Visual Technician. He has been involved with the marching arts as a performer and instructor for over 10 years, and is heading into his second season with the Gems. Previously, he served in the United States Marine Corps as an aviation maintenance data specialist and earned a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
